You can manage your Cloud server directly from your profile in the Customer Area. If you require premium control panel licenses, such as cPanel or Plesk, you have the option to purchase licenses while customizing your server.

We usually setup an Cloud server just within a few minutes, but in rare cases it can take up to a few hours. Prerequisite to start the setup is the receipt of your initial payment. Domain registrations are done immediately in general, but it can take up to 10 minutes – 24 hours until the DNS is propagated globally and the domain is ready for use in the Internet. A domain transfer can take up to seven days, depending on the top-level domain (TLD).
