With data centers in Albania and Germany, we provide geo-redundancy for enhanced reliability. Our colocation services are set up promptly, typically within 7-10 business days. If any delays are expected due to special requests, such as three-phase power or a B feed, we will notify you well in advance.
Our colocation solutions can be found in our data centers located in Germany and Albania. Please note that we are currently only able to guarantee rack availability in the Tirana, AL datacenter. Thank you for understanding!
Certainly, we receive customer hardware shipments and provide installation services, covering items like servers, firewalls, switches, or NAS, including LAN cabling. The pricing is determined by the hours required to complete the installation.
Additionally, we offer hardware services, such as the replacement of items like drives, power supplies, fans, or RAM on behalf of the customer.
Electricity costs are calculated according to energy consumption, and billing is done at the end of each month.
